Steep mountains, dry plains and grasslands in the middle of a very beautiful forest is the common examples of amazing landscapes. However, there is a beautiful scenic spot unusual as opposed to the simple categorization. The above picture shows the landscape Zhangye Danxia Landform Geological Park in Gansu province, China, the colors of the rocks is the result of a shocking red sandstone and minerals buried for 24 million years. Mountain-like "layer cake" brilliant it later in a similar form by tectonic plates that once formed half of the Himalayan region.
